Tip 1: clean your earbuds with a cotton swab
With a cotton swab, you can easily remove dirt. Wet the cotton swab with disinfectant or some lukewarm water. Afterwards, you can wipe the earbud down with the cotton swab to remove the dirt. Make sure you don't make the cotton swab too wet, because that can damage your earbuds. You can also clean your earbuds with an old toothbrush.
Tip 2: clean your earbud tips separately
Do you have in-ear earbuds with separate earbud tips? Clean these separately from the casing. You can remove the earbud tips and clean them with lukewarm water. Afterwards, dry the earbud tips with a dry kitchen towel.
Tip 3: clean your charging case with a cotton swab
Just like earbuds, you can clean the charging case with a cotton swab. Put some disinfectant on the cotton swab and wipe the charging case down. Make sure you don't touch the charging pins that go into the earbuds. You charge the earbuds with these pins and they're very sensitive. You can clean the exterior of the case with a cotton pad or a damp cloth.
