How do you clean the milk system of your JURA ENA 8?
Get started with cleaning the milk system
You can clean the milk system of your JURA ENA 8 in about 20 minutes. Go through the steps in the video to clean the milk system. We'll go through the following steps:

You need:
- JURA Milk System Cleaner (15ml per cleaning session)
- Pitcher or cup (500ml capacity)
- Container (500ml capacity)
How often should you clean?
You clean the milk system every day to prevent the formation of bacteria in the machine. Caked-on milk residue also causes clogs. After you make a milk specialty, the machine shortly rinses the pipes with water. It does this automatically. Are you not going to use the coffee machine in the next few hours? Clean the milk system with cleaner.
Step 1: clean the milk system
- Press 'P'.
- Select 'Maintenance status'.
- Select 'Clean milk system'.
- Press 'Start' to confirm and 'Next'.
- Pour 15ml JURA milk system cleaner into the container.
- Add 250ml of water.
- Place a container under the coffee outlet.
- Take the milk tube out of the milk system and put it in a container with water.
- Press 'Next'.
- The milk system will now be cleaned.
- A notification will appear on the display when you have to fill the container with water again.
Step 2: rinse the milk system
- Empty the container and place it under the coffee outlet.
- Fill the pitcher with fresh water again, and put the milk tube back in.
- Press 'Continue'.
- The milk system is being rinsed.
- Attach the milk tube back onto the milk system.
- The device is ready for use.
