2 tips if your SodaStream makes a strange noise
Solve noises of your SodaStream
You can quickly and easily go through these steps.
- Tip 1: fill the bottle with water up to the mark
- Tip 2: attach the cylinder properly
Tip 1: fill the bottle up to the mark
When you add bubbles to your water, the SodaStram produces a loud buzzing noise, but only the first 10 to 20 times you press the lever. After that, the sound goes away. You'll still hear the bubbles being added, but it won't nearly be as loud. Do you still hear the loud noise after that? Check whether you've filled the bottle with water up to the mark.
Tip 2: properly attach the cylinder
After you press the button or lever, you hear a hissing noise. That's normal. This sound goes away as soon as you remove the bottle from the holder or when you open the SodaStream Crystal container on the back. Do you still hear the hissing noise after you've removed the bottle? Make sure that the cylinder is firmly in place.
