Fighting games are back and Tekken stepping back in the ring. Tekken 8 is now available for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC. Jin, Kazuya, and the rest of the family are back and other well-known characters return. Think of fighters like Marshall Law, Paul Phoenix, Hwoarang, Yoshimitsu, and more characters from previous Tekken games. Tekken 8 also introduces new gameplay elements, like Rage Art and the new Heat System. It's a new era for Tekken. Will you become the best fighter of your friend group, or maybe even the world?

An epic family battle
Just like earlier games in the series, Tekken 8 has a storyline. After the events of Tekken 7, Kazuya Mishima and his army want to take over the world. Jin Kazama goes to battle his father, Kazuya. Together with his long-lost mother Jun, he takes on Kazuya and the G Corporation in an epic family battle that'll decide the fate of the world.
What's new in Tekken 8?
Arcade Quest
This mode is great for new Tekken players or players that have missed a few parts. In this singleplayer mode, you can create your own avatar and play against a computer in a real Tekken arcade hall filled with Tekken history. Try different characters and practice before you play online.
Heat and Rage Systems
These gameplay elements make all the difference in a game of Tekken. In addition to the health bar, a fighter also has a 'Heat Meter'. When the Heat Meter is full and you activate your Heat, your fighter temporarily gets stronger and can perform new attacks. The same goes for the Rage System. This unleashes a special attack when your character's health bar is almost empty.
Tekken Ball is back
After 10 years, Tekken Ball is back. This mode combines the fighting in Tekken with a game a volleyball. Perform your attacks on the ball and bounce all the built-up energy back to your opponent. When you opponent doesn't block the ball, they'll take damage. Tekken Ball is great for a game night with friends.
