A 3-phase stove with a ceramic or induction cooktop has a power of more than 7360 watts. Do you have a socket with 5 openings in your kitchen and a 3-phase group box? Your home supplies 3-phase electricity and you can connect a 3-phase stove. Don't have a 5-pin Perilex connector yet? Order it separately, otherwise your stove won't work. Have the connector attached to the cooktop by a certified electrician.

Induction

Cooking on induction is fast and energy-efficient. There's no open fire, the cooktop cools right after cooking and is easy to clean.

Ceramic

You can easily wipe the cooktop clean, but if you spill something on it while it's hot, it'll stick to the hot surface. The cooking zones of a ceramic stove will stay hot for a long time.
