I've had this product for 2.5 months now and I like it so far. The machine is fairly compact, so it fits nicely in a corner in our not-too-large kitchen. The coffee is at a good temperature and you can make two milk specialties at the same time, although I hardly use this option, because it takes almost as long as making a cappuccino (or another type of milk) at a time.
As with many other fully automatic coffee machines, the temperature of the milk specialties is a bit on the lukewarm side, I solve that myself by using double-walled glasses.
I think the design is very beautiful and so far I don't see any signs of wear, the size is another plus point for me as indicated earlier. This machine is quite compact, so I can easily put it in a corner, so it doesn't take up that much space.

The operation takes some getting used to in the beginning, because there are only icons on it, also, for example, a collection container, water, descaling, cleaning, etc. are all displayed with icons. Tip: The manual consists of two parts, an extensive one later in the booklet, and a quick start guide at the front. I mainly used the quick start guide at the front, here you can quickly find all the icons. After a while you know what everything stands for and you no longer need the guide. Each type of coffee can be set in 9 different ways through all options, for example the amount (M, L and XL). The machine remembers the last set options for each type of coffee, and you also have the option of creating a few profiles.
The sound of grinding is not too loud, at least I don't hear any complaints from my family when I make a cappuccino at 5 o'clock in the morning.

Cleaning the steam section for frothing milk is very easy, behind the cover that you remove is a QR code that leads you to an instructional video on YouTube, you will also find more videos about descaling and more, very handy.
Maintenance is quite easy, buy a cleaning set, occasionally put a 'pill' in a slot on top and the device will be cleaned from the inside. Descaling is also indicated yourself and there is also a video on youtube. From Krups himself.

It is a device that I would recommend if you are not looking for fuss, but a fully automatic coffee machine. You won't become an accomplished barista with it, but you can make coffee, cappuccino, latte, etc. in a fairly easy way

The delivery of the product as well as the installation went very smoothly. The design is magnificently beautiful. It is not a brushed sterile device, but already radiates solidity and warmth. Even before plugging in the plug... The manual is clear and sufficiently multilingual, all basic parts and demo spare parts are included and we were able to get started very quickly. At present, the device has been in use for 4 days and the first pack of coffee beans is halfway through. Both my partner, blusson and myself are crazy about the possibilities. There is a coffee solution for every hour of the day thanks to this machine. The self-cleaning functions are also very easy to use. The only downside I can find so far is the duration. In the end you still have your coffee within 3 minutes. Only some coffee preparations explicitly take much longer than others. Which can sometimes entail some impatient shuffling back and forth in front of the machine.

After the previous (different brand) device broke, extensive research was done. This coffee machine seemed versatile and received good reviews. Ordered and we are very happy with it. Everything is correct. Different types of coffee with options to adjust strength, grind and quantity. Something for everyone. Coffee is also nice and hot. Making capuccino easily is also very nice. The intermediate cleaning in connection with milk consumption looked complicated, but in practice it is a piece of cake. Price-quality ratio is completely fine.
