Truly a must-have for everyone. It takes so much tension away in the legs and lower back. The tilting mechanism takes some getting used to at first, but I wouldn't want it any other way now. The anti-slip material is a soft type of rubber which is also nice and warm when used with bare feet. There are 3 height settings (10/13/16cm), the default is 10. The height can be adjusted via two turning screws. But usually 10 cm is sufficient for each. I'm glad it also has a flat surface without message ribs/for defined feet. Because that would quickly bother me. Now I can just put my feet down the way I want.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. A sturdy, robust footrest that tilts easily, but not too easily so that your feet bounce back and forth at the slightest.

The footrest does not slide quickly and stands firmly on the ground. If you do want to move it, it may be advisable to stick something under the leaf so that you can move it more easily. The "pads" that are already stuck on it are not enough.

The only drawback: it is quite heavy and large, so not easy to take to the desk when you travel by train or tram.

Imagine that your own office chair is at a great working height, but your girlfriend is a head shorter and she floats just above the ground with her feet when she is sitting behind your desk. Then you don't want her to adjust your chair height +- 100x a month. With this one-time purchase solved in one fell swoop with this product. Nice design, sturdy and I can work again.
