With the Demeyere Alu Comfort 3 Duraslide Frying Pan Set 24cm + 28cm, you get 2 frying pans. So you can sear beef and bake potatoes at the same time. The pans have a thick aluminum bottom which allows the heat warm up quickly and the heat conducts well. The bottom has a non-stick coating, so your steak won't stick to the bottom. But it's important you only use plastic and wood cookware, because metal could damage the non-stick coating. You can use the pans on any heat source. The pans are dishwasher-safe, but we recommend washing them by hand to prolong the lifespan.
