With the automatic steam pipe you can quickly and easily make good quality milk foam. You have the quality of a barista steam pipe, but without having to froth it yourself. After frothing, the steam pipe flushes automatically. I find this very useful, because I don't have to think about this myself.

Set coffee to taste
For each cup of coffee, you can set the coffee strength, milk temperature and foam thickness yourself. I find this useful, because everyone drinks the coffee according to their own taste.

User friendly
The operation of the machine is easy. Use the rotary and push button to select the coffee specialty you want to brew. It is clear what to do, thanks to the display with pictures. The water reservoir has a round handle. This makes it easy to remove the reservoir from the machine to refill it.

Maintenance
When you need to descale the machine, follow the descaling program. I find this simple, thanks to the graphics on the display. It's clear what to do and I don't need any additional manual. This makes it a lot faster than with other devices. Good, because otherwise this is a job that I always procrastinate.

I would strongly advise against this product. Bought it 9 months ago, after 4 months a lot of trouble with milk foam: 1/3 of the time, the machine makes a very loud noise, gives a lot of bubbles, milk is flat and lukewarm. Has been back for repair, received it back without repair with dent in it!, and device just won't work. Nespresso service is really worthless, it is sent from cupboard to wall, then I have to descale again, then I get a new steam head, then I have to use long-life milk, then I have to clean the machine better. But I can tell you, I clean completely, descale very often, and only use Nespresso cups.
