Second Chance Veripart Airfryer XXL

The Veripart air fryer is simple to use and a perfect entry-level model. It does not have an app, but does what it promises. In the past two weeks it has also been used quite a bit: for a quick snack to dishes for dinner. I have not had any problems with the released baking smells and I no longer have to wait long for an oven to preheat.

To cook
During testing I tried different things: from fries and snacks to potatoes and vegetables. This way the snacks came out nice and crispy and were a lot less greasy. However, the fries did not get crispy as quickly. With the air fryer at home, it is often on. In addition to fries, I can also easily prepare potatoes or oven vegetables in this. This makes cooking faster and easier. The air fryer also gives a message in between that I need to shake the food. Handy, because it means I don't forget to do this.

The grill plate on the bottom of the pan ensures that excess fat is collected from the food. This made my food less bland. However, sometimes fries or potatoes fall through. In addition, various accessories are also available for the Veripart air fryer. During the first use, I just didn't know what these accessories were intended for. In the manual I discovered what I could prepare with these accessories.

Usage
I operate the air fryer via the handy display. The display is very user-friendly. My mother also figured it out, even though she has never used an air fryer. I set the temperature and time myself, but there are also pre-programmed programs that set the baking settings for me. There is a program for chicken and fish. Handy, because I don't think about the right temperature and time.

To clean
I easily clean the individual parts after use. I do this with a cloth with warm water or I place the parts in the dishwasher. I did notice that greasy fingers were quickly visible on the outside of the device, but this was resolved by wiping it over a cloth.

Great product in ease of use. However, I cannot find out whether the product has ceramic and/or a non-stick coating. Therefore, I have doubts about the safety of this product. Formation of acrylamide is dangerous to our health in large quantities.

This is a nice air fryer to start with, if you want a better tested version it is recommended to spend more money.
