With the Tefal Hard Titanium Pro Wok 28cm, you can stir-fry meat and vegetables without much oil or butter, thanks to the extra coating. This coating is up to 3 times stronger than the standard non-stick coating on other Tefal woks. This prevents scratches and the pan wears less quickly. Want to know when the pan reaches the right frying temperature? The special Tefal Thermo-Signal dot turns red, so you'll know exactly when to put the ingredients in the pan. That's useful, because it means you don't have to hold your hand over the pan. Are you done frying? Wash the wok by hand to extend its lifespan.
