Second Chance Hercules DJControl Inpulse 500

Been looking for a controller for a few months that is not too expensive, but still has some extensive possibilities (Use the controller for home use for now). A requirement was also that the microphone input is sufficiently sensitive and that the high and low tones are adjustable. I use a condenser microphone with phantom power and it sounds very clean. The intention is also to use the controller after the pandemic to flip for family and friends parties. It was designed to work with Serato and Djuced (software developed by Hercules), but I had a license of Virual Dj for a few years and that program can be used perfectly, without any hiccups. Everything works perfectly, all effects and samplers are also recognized directly by the controller.
I often read that there are DJs who work with Pioneer dismiss the Hercules brand as inferior. My experience is that the brand should certainly not be inferior to its competitors and certainly not with this Inpulse 500!
Are you looking for a decent, sturdy controller for beginners or experts, don't hesitate, especially with this affordable price!

Fantastic controller for the price, loads of functionality. The material is very strong and in some places even some metal, something you only find on more expensive controllers.

Jog wheels are big and feel nice. All performance pads are RGB, also something you often only find in a higher class.

I personally like the loopwheel better than just loop in and loop out buttons. The impulse offers both.

All in all a very good buy
