as a family of 5 and 2 dogs and cats, we had to vacuum every day, because then again it was quite a job that you would rather not do after working hours. now our "James" does this for us while you have time for other tasks. it works perfectly with both the remote control and the app on your mobile phone! the result is also nice and clean, even mopping on our dark natural stone floor in the kitchen does a great job. a nice refreshment for the week! it also does our entire 90m² with a battery life on turbo mode, so we certainly can't complain and think it's a great addition to our family. the sound is also great, the dogs don't react to it and our oldest cat loves to walk behind and chase, so still fun to watch :)

I thought the idea of purchasing this robot was quite decadent, but as a single person with two white shepherds (with accompanying hair loss) in the house, I am very satisfied with my purchase. The dogs got used to it quickly, it does what it's supposed to (although I haven't tried the mopping feature yet), and with very little noise, roughly only a quarter or a third of the noise of a normal vacuum cleaner (if not less).

Cons
- he occasionally leaves a fluff, even if I push it several times in his path. Because he passes each place at least twice, you don't see that at the end.
- I bought this robot partly because of its GPS, but it still doesn't seem good at mapping my house. He has been driving around my house every day for a week now and yet he still has trouble finding his way every day. However, that does not weigh on the result: he really looks for every nook and cranny, although sometimes I think it could all be a bit faster and more efficient.
- The fall detection failed once, and I'm really not happy about that. I found the robot at the bottom of the basement stairs in the evening. Now I'm careful to close the door to the basement, but that shouldn't really be necessary. He recognizes the threshold of the back door perfectly and he has never rolled off it, I even consciously led him back to the back door a few times the first day, but he was failsafe there. Let's see if this was a one time thing. It doesn't look like the robot was damaged by its fall, but I was really disappointed by this.
- Little one: the first time connecting with my smartphone (OnePlus 7) did not work (I read about the rule that states that you have to press the on/off button twice quickly to connect to WiFi, so it's your own fault), and it then took a very long time (more than 10 minutes) before the smartphone was connected to the robot and I could control the robot. As a result, I had the idea all the time that the connection hadn't been successful yet, while it just needed time.

Despite these negative points (which I just include for the sake of completeness), I am very satisfied with my purchase and can really recommend the robot.
