The Polar Ignite 3 Black/Gray helps you with an active life. This fitness watch measures the quality of your sleep and advises you about your ideal sleeping schedule. Thanks to the nylon strap, you can comfortably wear the watch when you're sleeping. This woven strap is soft and flexible. The Polar Ignite 3 also measures your activity, of course. If you've been wearing your watch for a few weeks, you automatically receive workout suggestions based on your schedule. After a tough workout, the Polar Ignite 3 also measures how long you need to recover. This way, you don't overwork your body. You can read all of the data on the bright AMOLED screen or via the Polar Flow app on your phone. With average use, the battery lasts 5 days.
This watch is recommended for a wrist circumference of 15 to 17cm.

Chose this one because it contains ECG according to the specs, which turns out not to be visible and the description has now been adjusted by Coolblue. Well helped by both Coolblue and Polar customer service after I discovered this. Polar has indicated that the watch in combination with an H10 heart rate belt can record/register ECG and then view the ECG via https://support.polar.com/en/hrv-data-export and Kubios
