Top pan.

Excellent pan, without non-stick coating. Nice and hot quickly. Does not burn. But if necessary, it can be cleaned with brute force. We actually always had pans with a non-stick coating. After throwing away the umpteenth one, I bought this one together with a steel plate frying pan. This one for the pasta sauce and the frying pan for the meat. Top combination. .
