After years of shaving, I have now decided to try an epilator. When testing this Braun epilator, I was immediately struck by its ease of use. The epilator fits well in the hand and is easy to use. Because the epilator is wireless, you don't have to hassle with cables. The attachments are easy to place and move flexibly with the curves of your body. Depending on the pressure applied, the epilator adjusts the speed. You can see that Braun has really thought of everything. This epilator is waterproof and equipped with a light. At first I didn't really know what the light is good for, but when you use it you immediately notice the benefit. The light gives you direct light on the area to be depilated and you can really see whether there are still hairs. Very handy! Everything can be easily stored in the included storage bag. In terms of use, I really have to get used to it. Epilation is a completely different hair removal technique than shaving. The epilator removes larger, thicker hairs very well and effectively, but it has more difficulty with smaller or thin hairs. As a result, certain areas need to be treated more often. In my opinion, the end result is not as perfectly smooth as with a good shave, but on the other hand, the effect of a shave wears off more quickly, because stubble quickly forms. You don't have to worry about that when epilating. When using the epilator, the end result is longer lasting. However, epilation can be sensitive or sometimes painful. It therefore helps to epilate in the shower. Only epilating the armpits and bikini line remains too painful for me. But apparently this has also been taken into account: an extra attachment has been included with which you can also simply shave certain body parts. All in all, this Braun epilator is an excellent addition for me, but I think that the preference for a particular hair removal technique is very personal. Expected more. My old device was also brand Braun, but much faster and better. This one tries to grab hairs, but it doesn't work, which makes you feel pain all the time. Because of this, it all takes too long for me.

The Braun device is very convenient to use. You can charge the device and then use it wirelessly. However, during testing I found the noise level unpleasant. The product pulls the hair out from the root, so your hairs really stay away longer. After using it a few times I noticed that hair growth was significantly less. As far as I'm concerned, a good product.
