MSI Prestige 16 AI Evo B1MG-022NL QWERTY

I was looking for a laptop with all modern connections and an Intel core Ultra 7 processor. I quickly came across this laptop, because it really has everything you want from a modern laptop: charging via USB-C, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and Windows Hello with face and fingerprint. the battery life is really perfect. You probably won't get those 16 hours, but you can easily get through a long working day with standard use such as browsing and word processing. The laptop is also really quiet, but not silent with the standard settings. At first I had to get used to the humming sound of the fan. Fortunately, you can put the laptop in silent mode via the MSI center app. With this mode, the fans turn off completely during non-intensive use. The disadvantage is that the laptop becomes slightly slower, but with light use you will of course not notice that much. The keyboard types really well. I came from an ASUS zenbook UM433 (which was a lot cheaper than this one), but compared to that laptop, this one types a lot better. The keys are slightly heavier and can be pressed a little deeper. I really like this when typing pieces of text, something I often have to do for my studies. What I also think is a shame about this laptop are the speakers. Most laptops in this price range have four speakers, but unfortunately this one only has two. It's a shame, but not insurmountable either. If you are looking for a laptop with good sound, then I would look further, because it actually doesn't sound much better than my previous ASUS. All in all, a very good laptop for those who are looking for one that is equipped with all modern conveniences.

Nice laptop to work with. The model is not too thick and of good quality. With the Intel Core Ultra 7, the laptop can be set to save energy, whereby the laptop's fans hardly have to do anything (very quiet in use), which is great for simple tasks, or it can be set as a power source for heavy tasks where it is performed very well. What is not included in Coolblue's specifications, but an important aspect for the speed of the laptop, is that the 32 GB RAM is DDR5 with 6400 MHz, which is (at least at the moment) quite high-end, and certainly contributes to the speed of the laptop. A few more benefits: - Backlit keyboard with multiple modes. - Large touchpad. - Screen brightness is quite good. - Numeric keypad Personally, I think it is a disadvantage that it has a glossy (reflective) screen. This is especially annoying when working in bright spaces

After 1 day the camera failed, the camera could no longer be found under the device manager, installing drivers did not help, the camera remained untraceable, which probably indicates a hardware problem. That's why I exchanged this laptop for another brand, the service at Coolblue regarding the exchange was excellent.
