Miele Boost CX1 Parquet

A few years ago we switched from a dyson dc33 to the Miele Blizzard cx1 powerline. The Dyson has definitely given up the ghost and so we bought the “BOOST” as a supplement. With a household of three kids and a dog, you just need a good vacuum cleaner. The BOOST is a logical successor to the Blizzard. This version can finally ride better on its own cord. The lack of the comfort cord reel is a pity, but not a deal breaker. The fact that for this price there is no pistol grip with feather duster is actually a fact. At Coolblue, it is suggested on the product page that the vacuum cleaner can be operated from the pistol grip. That is not true! The feather duster is also integrated with such a pistol grip, so that was a bit disappointing for us. Finally, the turbo brush is new to us but with a tiled floor not really a serious upgrade. In terms of price, it is better to buy the € 100 cheaper "regular" version. A separate turbo brush then costs €80, so in the end you pay €20 for the Cat and Dog inscription and the black color.

Before purchasing the Miele Cat & Dog I used a Dyson vacuum cleaner (also with cord). I've always been happy with the suction power of the Dyson, but it made an incredible noise right from the start! And the Dyson was ungainly and clumsy to use. What a relief with the Miele! No more noise, just a normal vacuum cleaner sound. And the Miele is very manoeuvrable, compact and has a very good suction power! With 4 cats in the house I have to vacuum every day and with the Cat & Dog this is nice and quick and easy. The storage capacity of the reservoir is also fine, I was afraid that it would be too small, but it does not appear to be a problem. For me, this really has been the perfect purchase and I regret not buying one sooner!
