I use the netgear switch for my digital TV receiver, I have 2 TVs connected to this. I have perfect HD reception on the two TVs. from the fritzbox 7360 then comes the netgaer switch to which I have connected 2 TVs with 10 meters of ethernet cable each itself then I still have no loss of image quality

Bought this switch based on the many positive reviews. Unfortunately I had problems with my first exam sample. This switch installed between Smart TV and Nas, previously no problem with Black Box's 4-port gig switch. When streaming content from the NAS to the TV, I got 'connection lost' messages after hours with the new netgear. Have tested cable connections, tried other cables, after 15 minutes again 'connection lost' and 'could not find server'. Very frustrating! Then I brought out the old switch and the problem was solved. Coolblue gave me a new netgear (same type) very quickly (thanks) but to no avail... after 5 minutes of streaming again 'connection lost'... The problem is known on various forums. Could be due to the use of less friendly 'capacitors'. Prefer a different brand this time.

A sturdy little box with clear LEDs, easy to hang and sturdy rubber caps so that it can also stand firmly. The low temperature of the cabinet shows a modest energy consumption. The power transformer could have been a little more efficient. And, not unimportant, plug in cables, plug in the socket, try out the communication from the equipment behind it: it works immediately.
