I learned to work with this bbq on the start2bbq course and we made all kinds of dishes on it. One turn of the knob and it is ready to bake within 10 to 15 minutes. No more fumbling with charcoal or briquettes, but still the delicious smoke smell. Indirect or direct baking is all possible with one appliance.
