used the pan for the first time yesterday. I've been familiar with BK (Best Buy!!!!) for years so decided to buy another stewpan from the same brand. And I am not disappointed. my (in-law) children and grandchildren enjoyed a delicious stew with belgian beer. the pan stayed very warm, and afterwards wash with hot water and clean immediately. am very happy with it.
