- iCue software does not work intuitively
The keyboard works easily and quickly. A solid entry-level model for a reasonable price. An external iCue program is required to program the keys or set the RGB. This is not completely intuitive. A number of keys do not work in combination with Citrix Workspace. A reinstallation of Citrix solves this in many cases.
