Nice laptop to work with, fast BIOS, fast W11 start, but I experience the dependence on WiFi as a major disadvantage. This results in heavy dependence on stable, fast WiFi.

Owned for 1.5 years now with the aim of connecting a smart bike trainer in the winter. Due to defect, used effectively for approx. 3 months. After some time of use, a blue screen suddenly appears. After restarting, the message that there is no hard drive in it. Shop indicates: 'hardware problem'. Can happen of course. But HP indicates that it is a software problem. (So pay for the repair!) Returned laptop. Issue not resolved. So returned to HP again. But the terms and conditions state that no feedback on the service may be given. So I'll leave it at that. So in any case I can't say that it is a great laptop. By the way, I also use an HP laptop at work. I can see differences. HP laptop from my work feels more solid. This model is a bit more plastic-like.
