With the new Multi-level System, you can place 4 half moon racks or heat deflectors at different heights. This way, you create multiple heat zones in your barbecue. This allows you to prepare creative meat, fish, and vegetable dishes in completely different ways. You can easily adjust the airflow and temperature via the hole in the lid. On the 2 side tables, you can prepare side dishes or put down your drink next to you while you grill. The dishes also stay warm, because heat can't escape thanks to the ceramic material. The removable ash catcher collects all of the ash. This means that you can easily clean the VX Large Solo after an enjoyable evening.
