Logitech G Astro A30 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Headset for PlayStation White

The Logitech G Astro A30 is a nice headset. You simply connect the headset to your devices and the headset is not heavy. This makes the headset comfortable. The sound and microphone are also good. I do miss some functions on the headset. Headset is nice When I took the headset out of the box, I immediately noticed something. The Astro A30 is lighter than its predecessors. The appearance and materials are also different from the other Astro headsets. When I put on the headset, I immediately notice that it closes well and is comfortable. The headband seems a bit hard at first glance, but this is not too bad during gaming. The ear cups are also comfortable during long gaming sessions. I found it a bit tight at times, but I also have bigger ears. Easy to use Connecting the Astro A30 is easy. I quickly connect the headset to my PlayStation 5 thanks to the USB dongle. I also quickly connect the headset to my phone or Nintendo Switch with the Bluetooth function. I also use the Logitech G app to adjust the volume and other functions while gaming. Good sound and microphone The sound while gaming and listening to music is good. I played the last few hours of God of War Ragnarӧk with this headset and the sound is nice and spacious. I hear exactly when an opponent attacks. Also during games like Fortnite I can clearly hear where other players are walking, which gives me an advantage. The microphone is very clear not only when gaming, but also when calling on my phone. You can easily disconnect the microphone, which is nice if you're on a train, for example. Adjusting is difficult I do miss some buttons on the headset for controlling the audio. For example, there is no wheel for adjusting the volume or chat audio. There is a multi function button with which this can be done, but I do not find it pleasant to work with. I adjust the volume in very small steps and it works more cumbersome than 2 separate buttons.

Fits well, sound is very good, headset fits well over the ears and seals well, easy operation of the buttons, the only thing you have to watch out for is that you do not open the headset too much, the seams will open a bit and may loosen

It's a great headset which comes with a really good sound quality and the option to use the built-in or external plug-in microphone. Found it a bit disappointing that it is indicated it will conntect to Mac via Bluetooth, it does, but it is not possible to select it as input/output device, so still a direct cable or dongle are needed. Also some Macbooks don't have a USB A slot anymore, so to add the dongle another adapter is needed. The headset comes with a hardcase included which is really handy. The sound quality is quite good, too.
