This machine has 1 great quality. It is foldable and easy to store. For the rest... I only use them to cut bread, but that is disappointing. I have the impression that the blade does not rotate fast enough to be really efficient. A lot of pressure has to be applied to get the bread sliced, so that the light plastic hand protection has a tendency to bend. The slices of bread also systematically remain wedged in the blade. The operation of the safety switch is also very inconvenient. The question is of course whether you can often get better for this price.
