Many options to adjust the sound. 7+ has a wider equalizer than the normal 7. Battery lasts a long time. So far nothing to complain about.

My Arctis 7 was unfortunately broken, but within the warranty, I personally put the headset in at Coolblue in Ghent, received an email after 4 days that it could not be repaired. Got a credit for my purchase, I personally went back to the store, and Coolblue replaced my Arctis 7 with the Arctis 7+ without any problems. So hereby 5 stars for the service of Coolblue, I definitely wanted to replace the Headset, because the Arctis 7 was already so good and I was very satisfied with it, and the new 7+ is even better, I'm very satisfied with the headset, I mainly use it with shooters.
