1. unboxing: sturdy box and well packed; feels good. the cup to put in the mixes feels very fragile. thick manual -> a "quick start guide" would have been easy. the device itself is sturdy and solid 2. first use - sounds quiet - few accessories - pan protector is nice, but I have not used - hard to put together the first time - fits well in the hand 3. after using it for a while - needs to be recharged after about 4 mixes, charges pretty fast - nice that you can mix without cable in your food - does not mix so vigorously -> ok for soft stuff (e.g. applesauce), but not strong enough for the firm stuff (e.g. pesto) - you can't control power

Very nice thing, use it at work for sauces, to give the soups a tap when I refill them or for when things get a little crazy. Now you no longer have to drag the pans to the socket all the time. Battery lasts throughout the mise en place and service in a ramen restaurant. The hand blender also has enough power for everything, a great alternative to the classic bamix.

Does what it's supposed to do, conveniently without a cord. Makes little noise
