Description
The WMF Profi Resist Wok 28cm is ideal for stir-frying vegetables, meat, or fish. This pan is heat resistant up to 260°C. This allows you to fry food quickly and at a high temperature. The TransTherm bottom spreads the heat well and retains the heat longer. So you can turn down your stove and save energy. The non-stick coating with honeycomb structure ensures your meat doesn't burn. This honeycomb structure also provides protection for the non-stick coating, so it's scratch-resistant. This makes your pan last even longer. You can easily move the pan by grabbing the helper handle with 1 hand and the stem handle with the other. After use, clean the wok by hand.

Bought this wok to replace an enamelled cast iron wok, which was too heavy for me. This wok is much lighter due to the combination of aluminum and stainless steel and also easy to handle due to the extra handle. It's too early to judge durability, but I'm confident.
