We are happy with the BISSELL 20522 SpinWave floor cleaner. At the end of November we received a beautiful puppy of 8 weeks. We love her. After the daily walks, the floors get dirty faster, so we want to mop more often than in the past. Our tiled floor can be cleaned quickly with the BISSELL 20522 SpinWave floor cleaner. Result is fine. You regulate the amount of water yourself by pressing the button. We use the Spinwave several times a week and are very happy with the result. Mopping is faster and less tiring. Is the product perfect? No, not yet. The cord could be a little longer. It would also be very nice if the handle is adjustable. In our household, the Spinwave is used by 2 people (1.56 m and 1.93 m long) and for taller people the handle is a bit on the short side. That in itself is not a problem, as long as you do not push the Spinwave too far forward. It is a matter of a good working posture. Point of attention is the attachment of the 2 turntables. In our case, the 2 screws of the turntables came loose after 3 washes. This was quickly solved with a screwdriver. Purchasing a number of extra pads is recommended if you have a large floor area. The pads are washable and easy to install. Overall, the Spinwave is a good product that can help the dog lover with hard floors to regularly clean the floors.
