Description

With the Kenwood Prospero+ KHC29.W0SI, you get an extensive kitchen tool, thanks to the included accessories. Compared to the other Prospero+ stand mixers, you have 3 extra accessories. You can make a clear juice from vegetables and fruit with the juicer, for example. Or you can use the meat grinder to mince meat yourself. In addition, you can chop ingredients like onion or chocolate in the food chopper. The stand mixer has an average power capacity, so you can also knead heavy dough for a homemade pizza, for example. You can chop vegetables for the pizza with the food processor and use it to grate cheese. After use, you can easily clean the individual parts in the dishwasher.

Handy for every amateur baker/cook!

Now that my novice baking skills are moving from 'beginner' to 'intermediate', that also means matching tools. I'm not yet Janny van der Heijden, but I'm getting very close with this food processor (which I also affectionately call 'Janny'). Besides the fact that Janny is incredibly versatile, she also looks great, so I love to leave her on my counter. All in all, there are quite a few attributes that need to be hidden away, so feel free to empty a kitchen cupboard before time. A minus: Janny does move quite a bit when the highest position is tapped. For example, the head goes back and forth reasonably, which has also been noted before. I do not like to leave Janny alone in this case and I am already standing in front of a mother hen. Anyway: this mixer, blender and food processor in one is useful for every amateur cook/baker!

Nice versatile machine

  • Food processor less functionality than hoped

Satisfied with the food processor, invites you to more extensive cooking and baking. Nice spacious mixing bowl that is covered to prevent mess and that can hold a lot of volume. I find cutting vegetables a little less convenient, because there is less choice in knives and cutting positions.
