We were able and allowed to test the Bosch Unlimited BBS1U224. We come to the conclusion that this product really lives up to what it stands for. It is a handy all-purpose vacuum cleaner that is nice and quiet, but has not dropped a stitch so far! For the more difficult long pile carpets, the Turbo setting is activated, after which the deepest fibers are cleaned. Even the mat at the front door looks like new again! Where our Dyson couldn't get everything clean anymore, it is no problem for this all-rounder. Point that may be less for people with a lot of carpet, the vacuum cleaner can be used on turbo for 7 minutes, after which the battery needs to be charged. However, two batteries are included, which puts the total turbo time at 14 minutes :) The regular suction nozzle on the handle does not take corners, the digitally driven brush is a bit too bulky for that, which is also the case with other brands. However, you can easily change the attachments, making every corner accessible. The design ensures that energy is used very economically and that the device operates very quietly. My mother-in-law doesn't call it vacuuming because of this, because a normal conversation can be had during the vacuuming work! Point of criticism: the furniture brush of the 2-in-1 furniture brush with upholstery nozzle is extendable, but slides in a bit too easily, so that during vacuuming you have to stop too often to unfold the furniture brush again. The suction brush also does not work well with us. It turns on and off when the device likes it. Cheers to Bosch and a party for the whole family!

Long thought about the purchase because of the high price. But I have to say; a great vacuum cleaner! Is very quiet, sound of a handheld vacuum but the same performance as a canister vacuum, only for the doormat and the stairs I turn on the turbo mode. Two batteries is really a golden move, so you can completely vacuum a 3-storey house and empty the dust container afterwards. Okay, it's not the lightest in weight, but I can handle it just fine. Downside is the rotating brush, which rotates (long) hairs around the brush, plus is that the same brush can easily be unscrewed so that you can remove the hairs manually.

Because we have a fairly large house, I was tired of having to plug in the plug every time. Hence, try a cordless vacuum cleaner. After a week of use, this is a bit disappointing. Suction power less than my old vacuum cleaner so that larger things are not sucked up, the brush is also a bit on the narrow side (for here). Cleaning mats is fine. The wheels of the brush are made of hard plastic, which makes it sound when you go over the joints of the tile floor. The convenience of wireless and the 2nd battery is very handy. All in all a good vacuum cleaner but given the price I expected more.
