Description

The Rollei C5i Titanium is a tripod for the intuitive photographer. Thanks to the simple Quick Release camera connection, you can quickly photograph easily. Put the tripod in your backpack and take it with you on a journey. The tripod weighs 1.6 kilos and can carry a maximum of 8 kilos. To give the tripod extra stability, a weight hook is included. When your extra weight, like your backpack, hangs under the tripod, it stays more stable in the wind. The c5i is Arca Swiss compatible. This shortcut technique is used with zoom lenses and camcorders.

Top product for a relatively affordable price.

For those who are hesitating between this and the smaller Rollei Traveler Carbon, go for the C5i. Weighs only slightly more but is much more stable/sturdy. Especially the center column and the attachment of the headset.

Shaky photos at longer closing times are definitely a thing of the past. If the tripod is fully extended in a lot of wind, it is necessary to hang a weight (eg backpack, bag) on the (supplied) hook at the bottom to guarantee stability and unmoved photos.

Nice product, especially for this money. Only 2 serious downsides, 1. I wonder if the max weight is realistic, I have more than half hanging on it, but I feel that is the max. The quick coupling from plate to tripod could have been a bit simpler, now it is a challenge to connect quickly, especially in the dark.
