You can fast charge your Samsung smartphone with this Samsung Charger with USB-C Cable 1.2m Adaptive Fast Charge 15W. This 1.2m cable has an oval USB-C connector and it's suitable for newer Samsung devices. Some old devices, like the S7 and the old J-series, still have an angular micro USB port. With this charger, you can charge all Samsung smartphones that support fast charging about one and a half times faster than with a standard charger. Samsung Adaptive Fast Charge is Samsung's version of the general fast charging protocol Quick Charge. This means you can also charge all Android smartphones with Quick Charge fast with this charger. This charger only doesn't work optimally for devices with Power Delivery, such as iPhone models, the Samsung S series, and the Note series since the S20 and Note 10. To charge those at maximum speed, you need a Power Delivery charger.

After only a few days the fast charge started to falter. Now it charges poorly. When I plug in the charger it first shows "charging" for about 5 seconds, then it stops, only to start again 5 seconds later. This game continues like this. The cable once connected to the PC, it worked fine, it is really the charger. Sent back and asked for money back, luckily Coolblue doesn't bother with that :-)
