Our experience with the Eufy: - it has a random pattern and so you're not sure if all spots are hit - runs for quite some time on one battery charge (not exactly measured, but well over an hour), so it covers most of the 70 square meters - picks up a lot of dust and cat hair, so does its cleaning job well - walks a little slower on deep-pile carpet, but does not get stuck on it - also take the mat in front of the (kitchen) door and the dance floor, these are a little higher - goes neatly over the threshold, but unfortunately also tries (a bit too long for my liking) to get on the foot of the scratching post or over the low legs of the bar stools (it will come off after some wrestling) - sometimes bumps into things, but not really hard (no damage, but don't dare to have it vacuumed around the musical instruments) - relatively few cat hairs remain on the brush, so it does not need to be cleaned as often - noise level is very acceptable, of course vacuuming noise, but many times quieter than the normal vacuum cleaner - stops neatly at the edge of the stairs, so dare to let him have his way on the top floor - the cats are not afraid of it, they do try to grab the (moving) hairs of the rotating brushes in the beginning, but fortunately they get tired of it pretty quickly - before we turn it on, we put everything that can get in the way to the side or higher (cat toys, shoes, etc.), probably not necessary but it will ensure that he can do his job faster - also goes under the sideboard and benches, so that cleaning is done there (more often) - returns neatly to the charging point, even though it is not very free A robot vacuum cleaner does not go everywhere, for example not in places where it does not fit or up and down the stairs, so periodically through the house with the regular vacuum cleaner is still necessary. All in all we are happy with the purchase and would definitely buy it again if it (hopefully only after years) gives up the ghost.
