The pans have a 3-layered base with an intermediate layer of pure aluminum for good heat conduction and distribution. Thanks to the insulated walls, you can cook at low temperatures in a controlled way and save energy. In addition, the pans have a specially shaped ridge, so that you can easily drain potatoes and vegetables. Hygiene has been taken into account as well. The handles of the pans are welded on instead of screwed on, so dirt and grease buildup doesn't stand a chance. You can use the pans on all heat sources, including induction and in the oven up to 280°C. After use, you can easily clean the pans in the dishwasher.
