The number keys are large and fine. The m1 and m2 keys have different functions. If you press the m1 key for 1 sec. Press and release you are in SMS menu. If you press it for 2 seconds you call someone. With m2 key the same with 1 sec pressed name list and with 2 sec pressed you call someone. For the much older younger among us, this is and remains confusing and difficult to deal with.
