<p>The headphones detect when you start talking, but also when you take them off or put them on. There's a sensor in the left ear cup that knows when the headphones are on your ears. Did you take them off? The music pauses. Did you put them back on? The song continues.</p>

<p>You can easily connect the XM4 to 2 playback devices at the same time via multipoint pairing. The headphones automatically switch between both connected devices, such as a computer and smartphone. When you play a song on your phone and then watch a video on your computer, the headphones automatically switch the connection.</p>

<p>These headphones produce a powerful bass. The bass is very clearly present. The mids are balanced, which means that instruments and vocals aren't audible more or less than the rest. That way, they don't deviate from how the artist intended them to sound. You can use the equalizer when you want to change the emphasis on the bass, mids, and treble. This way, you can adjust the sound to your own liking.</p>
