Does the defect of my product fall under the warranty?

Yes, a defect falls under the manufacturer's warranty if the problem isn't caused by user damage. User damage is when a product gets damaged accidentally or breaks when it's being used, like fall damage, moisture damage, or impact damage. The defect doesn't fall under the manufacturer's warranty when it's user damage, so there are costs bound to your repair. This is something the technician will decide.

What can I do if my warranty has expired?

You can register your product via the online return form. We'll first try to solve your problem without a repair. If that doesn't work, we can repair your product. There'll be costs for this because your warranty has expired.

Do you have a small product? You can also take it to the store. We'll see if we can fix the problem there. If that doesn't work, we'll ship your product for repair.

Do I still have a warranty on my product?

You receive a 2-year warranty on most products. On BlueBuilt products, you even receive a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.

Select your products under 'Orders' and register it for repairs. You'll now go to the return form. There you can see if your product is still covered by the warranty and how long your warranty lasts.
