Can I return my product in the store?
Yes, you can return your product in one of our stores. This has some benefits:
- You don't have to register your return in advance and you don't have to print your return label.
- We can help you find a replacement product. We also often have it in stock right away.
- Are the 30 days over? We'll help you find out whether the defect is under warranty.
- If we send your product for repair, it's faster via the store than via the post office.
Good to know: Did you pay with cash? With returns in our store, we'll pay back an amount of up to € 50 in cash in our stores. Is the amount over € 50 or not paid in cash? We'll refund the amount to your account.
Can I exchange my product in the store?
Yes. Take your product to one of our stores. Don't know which product you want to exchange it for? Our experts are happy to help you find a product that suits you better. You don't have to register your product via the website, but it's a good idea to keep your order number ready.
Already know which product you want to exchange it for?
- Order your new product to reserve it.
- Indicate that you want to pick up your product in the store when you complete your order. You won't have to pay yet.
- In most cases, you'll be able to pick up your new product the same day or the next day. We'll let you know as soon as your new product is ready in the store.
What if I want to exchange my product for a cheaper product? We'll deposit the difference back in your account. You can only get a cash refund if you paid in cash. We'll refund up to € 50 in cash.
What if I want to exchange my product for a more expensive product? You can pay the difference.
Can I pick up my repaired product in the store?
Yes, that's possible. We'll send you an email when your repaired product is ready.
