How do I register my repair?
You can register your repair via the online return form or in the store.
In the store
Take your product with you in its packaging to the store. There, we'll see if we can solve the problem right away. If that doesn't work, we'll send your product for repair. This is faster than by post.
Online
You can do this easily and quickly via the [online return form] (https://www.coolblue.nl/en/return-request).
Is your product not listed among the orders? You may have logged in with the wrong My Coolblue account. Log in with the email address that you originally purchased your product with.
Can I register extra large products, such as white goods and kitchen appliances, as a repair online as well?
Yes, you can register your repair via the online return request form. A technician will contact you within 48 hours after the registration to make an appointment. Be prepared, the manufacturer may need some more information about your product. Have serial number, error code, and other relevant information ready.
If your product breaks down within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, the repair is free of charge. Do you have a washing machine, dryer, or washer dryer combination that isn't covered by the manufacturer's warranty anymore? What if my product isn't listed in my orders?
It's possible that you've placed the order with another Coolblue account. Sign in with the email address you used to purchase your product. Can't remember it? Please contact our customer service.
Can I still get my phone or tablet repaired in the store?
Yes, you can visit with an appointment until 1 November 2024.
