What if my product is broken on delivery?
Doesn't your product do what it's supposed to on delivery? We recommend to take another look at the user manual. Maybe you can solve the problem yourself, so you can use the product right away and you don't have to return it. You can download a manual for many products via the product page. You can find this by clicking on the product under My orders in your My Coolblue account.
Didn't that help? Register your product for a return within 30 days via the return form or go to one of our stores. You can choose to get your money back or to receive a new product. You'll help us if you indicate what the problem with your product is, so we can improve our assortment.
What if my product is delivered damaged?
We'll solve it for you, of course. Fill out the return form, where you can indicate that your product is damaged and that you want a replacement.
In most cases, we'll come to pick up large and heavy products. Think of washing machines, fridges, and televisions. A return is always free.
