Business charging: rate can be adjusted

To charge your car, you pay a starting rate, charging rate, and transaction costs. With business charging, this works a little differently. You can then adjust the charging rate, so you decide what you pay for charging. This is useful for you and your employees. You also don't pay a starting rate and transaction costs.

Guest charging: fixed rates

Have neighbors or friends that like to charge their car at your place? Guest charging is a great option. You then automatically settle their costs. Adjusting the charging rate for guests isn't possible. The charging rate is automatically set to € 0.40 per kilowatt. They also pay the starting rate of € 0.15 and transaction costs for every charging session. That's € 0.01 per kilowatt.

Business charging: 3 other cards

For business charging, you need a charge card from a different supplier. You can't do this with the Coolblue Charge Card that you receive with the installation of your charging station. You can choose from 3 cards:

  • ANWB
  • MultiTankcard (NL0MTC or NL-MTE)
  • Travelcard (NL-TCE)

Provide us with the ANWB, NL-MTC, N-MTE, or NL-TCE card number to register your charge card with us. You can do this via the form. Note: we don't accept MultiTankcard New Motion cards.

Person charges

Guest charging: all external cards

You also need a charge card from a different supplier for guest charging. It doesn't matter which supplier you choose. Note: have a MultiTankcard or Travelcard charge card that you haven't registered with us? Our system will automatically log it as guest charging.

Business charging pack necessary

For both business and guest charging, you need a business charging station pack. This comes with extra advantages. We solve errors quickly, keep track of your consumption in an online overview, and easily settle your charging costs. This saves you time and administrative work. You pay € 7.48 per month for this pack.

Conclusion

With business or guest charging, you can easily settle charging costs. You need a charging station business package for this. With business charging, you can change the charging rate and don't pay extra costs per charging session. This is useful for you or your employees. You need an ANWB, MultiTankcard, or Travelcard charge card for this. If you don't register one of these cards with us or have a different charge card, it falls under guest charging. This is a good choice when your neighbors, friends, or family use your charging station.
