Prepare setup
Before we plan the installation day, we'll call you and go through the installation together. For example, we'll talk about the details around your fuse box, where we install the charging station, and how we connect it. We'll also answer all your questions. At the end of the call, we'll plan a date for the installation.
We'll come by
The installer calls you as soon as they're on their way, so you know around what time they'll arrive. We'll park as close to your house as possible, so we can easily reach our supplies. So it's useful when you keep the front garden or driveway free as much as possible. This way, the installer can soon start placing your charging station.
Place charging station
We'll mount the charging station to the wall or on a pole in your garden. First, we'll place the pole. We'll dig a hole in your garden and make the pole heavier, so we're sure that it's sturdy. Then we'll place the dirt back. Going for a wall-mounted charging station? We'll measure this first, before we drill holes.
Adjustments in your fuse box
We'll place a new circuit for the charging station in your fuse box. This way, we prevent the AC power of your house from becoming overloaded and your charging station from breaking. We'll then lay down the cable route between your charging station and fuse box. We do this in a neat and clear way.
We'll only leave when everything's working
It's time: you're going to charge your car at your new charging station for the first time. We'll explain how the charging station works and answer all your questions. When everything works correctly and you're happy, you'll receive the invoice for the installation. Now, you're officially owner of your own charging station.
