The story
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a direct sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. There's not much known about the story, except that Hyrule is in danger again. In the trailers, we see familiar enemies from previous Zelda games. Time also plays an important role again, just like the Zelda games on the Nintendo 64. Many fans think a lot will come together in Tears of the Kingdom.
Hyrule at your feet.
We don't know how much time passed between Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. One thing is clear: Hyrule has changed a lot. A part of Hyrule has moved to the sky. Link also has to discover the world above the clouds. This makes the open world 2 times as big as in Breath of the Wild.
Build your own vehicles
With the Ultra Hand, Link can build his own vehicles. Link glues wheels, tree trunks, and engines together. This way, he can make vehicles to explore Hyrule faster. Link also has a power to turn back time. For example, we see him use a falling boulder as elevator. And with Ascend, Link climbs mountains much faster than in the previous installment.
The new Fuse gift
In The Legends of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, your weapons would break if you used them often in battle. That's still the case in Tears of the Kingdom, but with a twist. Link had a new gift called Fuse. This allows him to combine weapons and everyday objects. This way, a branch and a rock turn into a hammer.
