What's covered by the 2-year warranty?
You get a 2-year warranty on a refurbished iPhone and the included accessories. This warranty is valid when something breaks and isn't your or anyone else's fault. The warranty covers this, and we'll repair it for free. For example, when the battery won't charge anymore.
What isn't covered by the 2-year warranty?
There are some things that the warranty doesn't cover. The rules for a new Apple iPhone also apply to a refurbished iPhone.

How does the repair work?
When something in your refurbished iPhone breaks, you can make an appointment in one of our stores. You can also register your repair online. Simply send us your device in that case. Our experts will check what the problem is. If something has to be repaired, we'll let you know. We don't actually repair it ourselves, which is why it can take up to 1 week. You don't have to pay any repair costs if the cause is covered by the warranty.
