- Buy and pay for your new AirPods via our site or buy them in the store.
- If you buy them in the store, we'll deduct the discount right away. Buying them online? Come to the store within 30 days. You'll receive the trade-in value on your bank account within 7 working days or the amount as CoolblueCredit in your account within 3 working days.
It's important that you clean your AirPods and the charging case and fully charge them before you come to the store. That way, we can help you faster. In the store, the upgrade expert will let you know what the final trade-in value of your AirPods is.

Connect your AirPods to your iPhone. Open the lid of the charging case and go to 'Settings' on your iPhone. Above 'Airplane Mode', you'll see AirPods. Tap on it. Scroll down. Next to 'Model Name', you'll see which AirPods you have. Or you can look for the model number below.

Make sure your AirPods and the charging case are clean. Use a brush, cloth, or cotton swab. Also charge the earbuds and the charging case fully before you come to the store. That way, we can help you as quickly as possible.
