When you buy a Duux air conditioner, you get access to the Stay Cool repair service for a year. Is there something wrong with your air conditioner? The Duux Stay Cool team is ready to provide in-home repairs and exchanges within 48 hours. The warranty automatically starts with your purchase and applies to Duux air conditioners purchased as of 1 May 2021.

Make an appointment
- Register your product via the warranty request form
- Fill in the information asked for and upload your proof of purchase.
- After they've received it, Duux will contact your to make an appointment for an in-home repair or exchange.
