What's AppleCare?
With AppleCare, you receive support and service for all your Apple devices. You can choose coverage for 2 or 3 years. If one of your business Apple devices accidentally breaks during that period, Apple will repair or replace the device as soon as possible. You can get AppleCare for all your Apple devices. There are 3 different AppleCare solutions: AppleCare Enterprise Support, AppleCare Help Desk Support, and AppleCare OS Support.
Hardware and software support
AppleCare Protection Plan*: with less than 50 Apple Mac products
The AppleCare Protection Plan is suitable for small enterprises that use Mac models in their store or office. With this plan, you'll receive support for your Mac, macOS, iCloud, and Apple apps. The AppleCare Protection Plan supports Mac and Apple Display. With the AppleCare Protection Plan, you extend the warranty by 2 years. Your MacBook even gets up to 3 extra years of warranty with this package. Did your MacBook accidentally break? Apple will visit your organization to have it repaired.

AppleCare for Enterprise: with more than 50 devices
Do you have an organization with more than 50 Apple devices in use? Choose AppleCare for Enterprise. With this package, you get a personal AppleCare account manager that monitors your hardware and software problems. This account manager is your fixed contact. There are people ready to provide you and your employees technical support day and night. If there's a high-priority issue, they'll respond within 1 hour. In addition, the repairs of your Apple products are covered for 2 or 3 years. Apple usually takes care of repairs or replacements within 1 working day.
Only software support
AppleCare HelpDesk Support: answers to all your questions
Don't you or doesn't your company want hardware support, but still want to contact Apple directly? AppleCare HelpDesk Support is the right choice. With this package, you get Apple support for 1 year. The Apple helpdesk is ready to answer all your questions or those of your employees 12 hours per day. AppleCare HelpDesk support also provides the option to diagnose one of your Apple devices if it crashes. Want to have the device restored? You need an AppleCare+ package for that.
AppleCare OS Support: 24/7 software support
With AppleCare OS Support, you get IT support for your company for 1 year. Apple is available for you and your employees 24 hours a day. If you use various Apple devices within your company, Apple helps you control these devices with solutions like Apple Business Manager. The AppleCare OS Support package provides support for iOS, macOS, iPadOS, WatchOS, and all other Apple software you use at your company.

How do you purchase AppleCare?
You can easily purchase all AppleCare plans with your business products purchase. You can also get AppleCare for your Apple devices separately, but only within a specific period of time. With Apple MacBook and Apple TV models, you have a couple of years to get AppleCare from the purchase date. With the iPad, iPhone, or Apple Watch, you only have 90 days.
