What's a KitchenAid toaster?
Number of sandwiches differs per model
The toasters are available with different designs and in different sizes. The Classic and Artisan toasters have 2 slots, each suitable for 1 slice of bread. The Design collection toasters have 1 slot that's suitable for 2 slices of bread. These slots are extra wide, so you can also toast thick slices. Do you have a large household or eat a lot of bread? Go for the Design collection model with 2 slots, which is suitable for 4 slices of bread.
Set the browning level
All KitchenAid toasters allow you to adjust the browning level. So you can determine how crispy your bread comes out yourself. Thanks to the 7 settings, you can do this very accurately. Depending on the model, you can adjust the browning level with a slider or dial. In both cases, you can quickly and easily adjust it.
Different types of bread
You can toast bread, but you can also defrost bread and toast bagels. With the bagel function, you only toast 1 side. You'll get a nice and crispy inside as a result, without toasting the bagel on the outside. The Artisan models include a warming rack and sandwich rack. That's useful if your roommate won't get out of bed and the bread is already toasted. If you like easting toasties, the sandwich rack ensures that the sandwich stays together and the cheese doesn't fall out.
